Fresh • Mineral-Rich • Simple
Sea Moss gel is one of the most powerful natural wellness boosters, packed with essential minerals like iodine, magnesium, potassium, and more. When you make it at home, you control the freshness, texture, and flavor.
And with our Sea Healing Moss Dried Sea Moss, preparing your own gel becomes an easy, clean, and rewarding ritual.
Below is our signature step-by-step method to help you make smooth, premium-quality Sea Moss Gel every time.
What You’ll Need
1.5 oz Sea Healing Moss Premium Dried Sea Moss
Filtered or spring water
Optional: Fresh limes + 1 cinnamon stick (to cleanse and gently neutralize the ocean scent)
High-speed blender
Glass jar or silicone ice cube trays
THE THREE ESSENTIAL STEPS: WASH • SOAK • BLEND
1) Wash Thoroughly
Rinse your Sea Moss with cool spring water, gently massaging it to remove natural ocean salt and debris. Drain and repeat 2–3 times, or until the water is completely clear.
2) Soak for Deep Rehydration
Place the clean Sea Moss in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Add enough spring water to fully cover it, remember, it will expand 2–3x in size. Add freshly sliced limes and a whole cinnamon stick to help brighten the aroma and reduce ocean scent.
3) Let It Rest
Cover the bowl and let the Sea Moss soak for 24 hours at room temperature.
4) Rinse & Blend
After soaking, drain and give it a light rinse. Transfer the softened Sea Moss to your blender.

5) Add Water
Pour in spring water (or an infused liquid of your choice) until the water line sits about an inch above the moss.
6) Blend to Perfection
Blend until the mixture becomes silky and smooth. If you prefer a thinner gel, add water slowly until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour your finished gel into a clean glass jar and refrigerate. Use within 4–6 weeks.
