About the Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 packets frozen unsweetened Açaí puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 tablespoon sea moss gel
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- Toppings: sliced fresh fruits (such as banana, strawberries, blueberries), granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions:
1. Run the frozen Açaí packets under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw them.
2. Add Açaí packet into chunks and add them to a blender.
3. Peel the banana and break it into chunks. Add the banana chunks, frozen mixed berries, sea moss gel, and almond milk to the blender.
4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed to ensure everything is well combined.
5. Once blended, pour the Açaí mixture into a bowl.
6. Top the Açaí mixture with sliced fresh fruits, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious and delicious Açaí Bowl with sea moss gel!
