About the Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 tablespoon sea moss gel
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- (optional, for sweetness) Add 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup\


Instructions
1. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
2. In a blender, combine the banana chunks, frozen mixed berries, sea moss gel, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (sweetener if using).
3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or flavor if needed by adding more honey, maple syrup, or vanilla extract.
5. Once blended to your liking, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
