About the Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sea moss gel
- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Fresh berries or sliced fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the sea moss gel, coconut milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).
2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Taste the pudding and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup or honey.
4. Pour the pudding mixture into serving cups or bowls.
5. Cover the pudding cups with plastic wrap or lids and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until the pudding is set and firm.
6. Once set, remove the pudding from the refrigerator and garnish with fresh berries or sliced fruit, if desired.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy and nutritious Sea Moss Pudding
